I’m sure tumaca is a more efficient way to make a pizza than deep frying, but it does require planning and a lot of planning, but not as much work as frying. You can make tumaca by putting all the ingredients into an electric frypan and heating it up slowly. Once it’s heated up you can cook it with a lid on.
