Spanish Fried is a favorite of mine. It is usually made from pork belly, pork sausage, and fried onions, all of which are wrapped up in a flour tortilla and deep-fried in a pan. The result is a crispy fried treat that is crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and savory all at once.
