If youre not a wine person, you might be surprised at how cheap the cheapest wine is from Spain. If you order a bottle of Rioja for $5 a bottle, you’re likely to be disappointed. But you can’t necessarily blame the low prices on the quality of the winery. Many of the wine is made from grapes imported from other parts of Spain, and the wine is usually made by small producers.
