It is okay to use less red pepper than you normally would, but it is not okay to use too much of it at one time.

I mean, if you use less red pepper than you normally would, then it makes sense that you would use more. But that’s not what I’m saying.

There is no right or wrong. There is no right or wrong in cooking. As long as you are cooking, there is no wrong in the process. But there is no right either, so it is pointless trying to convince yourself that you are right.

The only “right” in cooking is to use whatever you want to cook. Of course we should use red pepper though, it’s so tasty, and it is a great spice that will add flavour to almost everything you cook. But using too much red pepper at once will make you look like a fool. And that is why it is not okay to use too much of it at one time.

And what about pizza? You don’t use too much of your tomatoes. You don’t use too much of your peppers. You use your peppers and your tomatoes. But you don’t use your peppers too much, you don’t use your tomatoes too much, you use your tomato sauce and your tomato pizza. The less, the better.
