Why We Love pan con pan (And You Should, Too!)

I have been cooking some of my most delicious meals on a pan that is never out of the pan. The idea is to have a pan that is always full, which is a good thing since we get used to it and it makes everything easier. Even with a slow cooker, I still have to have a pan to make sure there is enough in the dishes to keep them all from burning.
