This is the English version of my Spanish version of the dish. It’s basically a pasta with a few vegetables, an egg, and a green bell pepper. It’s one of those dishes that’s so great because you have such an abundance of great ingredients, and it’s so simple to make. It was originally created by a guy who was working at a local Mexican restaurant.
Its just a little something that every Mexican girl in her 20s or 30s will make. Because its so good, every single person that loves it will start making it at least once a month.
la ensalada is a dish that’s so good because it’s so simple to make, and because it’s Mexican. Its a dish that’s so good because its so filling, its simple to prep, everything is so easy to make, and its so simple to eat.
la ensalada is made with corn tortillas, tomatoes, and cheese. For the first few days of making it, we make a big batch of tortillas, a few dozen tomatoes, and cheese for the ensalada and then freeze a bunch of those in a plastic freezer bag. It all goes into a heavy bottomed pot that we bring to the kitchen. We heat the pot up and boil the tortillas and tomatoes until they’re soft and melty.
We put the cheese in a bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients. Then we put it in the pot and cover it with water. When it is boiling, we add the tortilla mixture and cook it for about 10-15 minutes. We remove the pot and place it on a plate in the sink. After the tortilla mixture cools off, we add the cheese to each bowl.
We make a bunch of tortillas, slice a bunch of tomatoes into strips, and then mix all the ingredients and add them in. It doesn’t take long. Then we put the pot back on the stove to heat up for another 10 minutes.
This recipe has a lot of steps, but it’s very easy to make and it’s delicious! So what is it? A Mexican ensalada consists of tortillas, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, and peppers. Then we put it in the pot and cover it with water. When it is boiling, we add the tortilla mixture and cook it for about 10-15 minutes. We remove the pot and place it on a plate in the sink.
What I like about ensaladas is that they are very simple. The ingredients are all easy to find in your local grocery store or Mexican restaurant, and they taste absolutely amazing. They are also very easy to prepare and really make you feel like you are eating a meal.
I’m not one to eat the same thing every day, so I often like to prepare something new, new, new. And this ensalada recipe is one of the best I’ve ever made. Every time I make it, it tastes just like the first time I made it. I’ve been making this recipe since I was 14 years old, and I still have my recipe in my head.
