This recipe is a variation on the one I shared in the beginning of this article. Because I always have the sauce on hand, I made this recipe only once, and it was delicious. The only thing that wasn’t as good was the paella’s texture, which wasn’t as creamy as I would have liked.

I have to say I liked this recipe even more than my original version, so I would suggest that you do this first, and then try making it to your taste. I think the flavor was a little too much for me in my first attempt. The second one however, was definitely better.
