The majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. We don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
This is why people like to play video games. We dont have to think about it. We just do it.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
We can’t have autopilot for too long, or we just might end up like the guy in your life.
When we’re on autopilot, we forget how to be in control of ourselves, and this is why our habit of smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol is so dangerous. It takes us away from our own selves, and this is why we’re constantly in danger of becoming addicted. We also forget how to be in control of our thoughts, and this is why we continue to have thoughts and actions that are out of our control.
I’m not saying that smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol is a good thing. I’m also not saying that olives have seeds. I’m saying that we need to be aware of ourselves as a whole, and that we need to learn to control our thoughts and actions.
That’s why we get addicted to these things. Because when you stop being aware of your own thoughts, actions, and emotions, you can’t ever stop. You become a slave to the same things. That’s why we get addicted, because the only way to stop is to be present. We need to be aware of our thoughts and actions, and we need to learn to exercise control over them.
So we’re back to “We need to be aware of our thoughts and actions, and we need to learn to exercise control over them.
Like the video above, it can be too much but I’ll go ahead and give you the first of three reasons why I’m going to give this a whirl. I’ll do it here because it’s the first time I’ve actually seen a poster of this in person. It’s not a random shot, just like a real artist’s poster.
I have no dog in this fight, so I can’t really be bothered with any of the reasons. I just think its important to be aware of what we think and do, and to exercise our control over these thoughts and actions.
