To me, this means that I am in agreement with my family, friends, and co-workers. I don’t feel self-conscious or insecure about my body. I don’t feel out of place in the office. I don’t feel self-conscious about the way my teeth look or how my hair looks.

I’m not saying to change your appearance every time you go out. What I’m saying is if you’re constantly making it a big issue for your self-image, you will lose control over your body’s natural self-expression. You will become the person you are trying to convince us you are, and you won’t be able to get away with acting like yourself.

But that doesn’t mean you have to act like yourself in front of the camera. There are many ways to make a positive impression that will help you feel more confident and secure within yourself. It helps if you look at yourself differently and think less about how you look and more about how you feel. For example, if you wear dark clothes, you will seem more “cool” rather than “cool”, and you will seem more confident and attractive to other people.

I am not talking about wearing what you want to look like. I am talking about how you relate to images in the media you consume.
