The recipe is simple and easy to follow. First we need to grind up the coca-leaf and remove the outer leaf. Then we mix in the water and oil, and the salt. Then press a few more times and youve got a nice smooth paste that will have a light taste. Then you cut off the top of the paste and spread it out on a plate. Then you roll this into a ball. Then you put it in the fridge to chill.
