Well, the video is a bit confusing, so here’s the recipe. To get the bouillon base, you need to use water to boil you chicken breasts and then drain it. Then just add herbs and spices to the chicken and boil it up. Add a bit of water and you have your bouillon with a bit of chicken, herbs, and spices. You can actually add a bit of butter, garlic, onion, and/or celery salt to this if you like.
