I’m a sucker for anything that’s sweet. Especially something that has apricots in it. This is another one of those items that I can’t not eat.
I’m not into that stuff, but I dig it for people who can’t handle it.
I know its sweet for a reason, but apricots are actually quite healthy. I mean, they are a food that are full of antioxidants, and because of this, they have anti-cancer properties. Im sure there are other health benefits, but this may be the best Ive seen so far.
Apricots are actually a great source of protein. Most people eat one or two a day, which is great, but if you are eating an entire apricot, you are getting almost 20 grams of protein per serving. This is great for those times when you need more protein in your diet (say, when you are having pizza for dinner) or for those times when you are just craving something sweet.
This is the first time I have seen apricots listed in a Health and Fitness forum, so I will try to go there in a second. Im glad that there are apricots available. They are a great source of protein and a delicious treat.
In the same vein, I will also try to go to Health and Fitness forums of places where I have never seen apricots listed before. This is because they are delicious and full of nutrients. They are also often times made from whole fruits.
One of the other reasons I like apricots is because of the high amounts of antioxidants they contain. You know what antioxidants do? They help you stay healthy. They fight off toxins in your body and keep your body from getting too stressed out. These types of antioxidant-rich foods are great for people with allergies, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
So, you’re looking at a list of the best apricots that we have in our kitchen. They are called cherry apricots. They have a nice tart tart sweet flavor that is like a cherry, but with a little more acidity. They are a bit tart. They are also very good for you. They are very high in fiber and lower in fat. And they are high in antioxidants that have been shown to have a good impact on your health in the long run.
If you’re ever in the mood for breakfast, don’t worry. It’s a good source of protein. And it’s a good source of vitamins and minerals.
