If you’re looking for a delicious, creamy, homemade dessert that’s made with cheese, you’ll want to try this cheesecake recipe from Maria, which I’ve made quite a few times. Make sure you use your favorite brand, she has a bunch of the different flavors to try. I know it’s easy to find this recipe on the internet, but I promise you that this is the real deal that you can feel good about.
You can find the post in Spanish here.
And if you want to make your own, you can always go into the kitchen and get your favorite store-bought cheese to play with.
This recipe is soooooo delicious that I won’t put down the price until I get it over here. It’s not exactly a perfect recipe but I do have one of my favorite pies.
If you want to make your own, just make the dough and then take the pan to the oven to bake for about an hour and a half. You can do it in the microwave too. I’m not sure if I would recommend making it a day ahead to be sure to have enough time to chill the cheese. I don’t know if that’s the case, I just have a feeling that the amount of time and temperature makes all the difference in the world.
I was just thinking of something similar. I’m not sure if you can make this with a standard pie pan, but you can definitely make this with a muffin tin. You put your bottom crust in and make a circle out of the bottom of the pan. Then place the rest of the pan inside and cut the cheese into that circle. Bake it for about 10 minutes, then take it out and turn the oven up to 350 degrees.
For the cheesecake, I use a standard pie pan, but you can also use a muffin pan too. They’re not exact the same thing, but they’re similar enough that you can just make your own version.
A simple pie pan with a muffin tin works as well as an oven-baked pie, so you’ll definitely want to keep your pizza on the oven’s side instead of the oven’s.
You could also make a pie pan with a pie dipper pan. It will be easier to make, because the dipper pan only has a 3/8 inch thickness for it to really work, but it also has all the same benefits as the bread pan.
