My favorite cookbook for the Spanish language is The Spanish Cookbook by Julia Child. I think it is the most detailed cookbook English speaking people have. Its recipes use ingredients that have been well-tested and are sure to be a hit with a variety of tastes.
Child was born and raised in Spain, so she knows a thing or two about cooking. I don’t know if this is the best Spanish cookbook for the English language, but it is one of the best Spanish recipes I have ever seen.

I don’t know about you, but I usually only cook for myself or for a few friends. Then again, I have a huge cookbook with around 2,000 recipes, so it’s not that hard to pick out a few that are similar.
I have a few of these too, but I have a lot more and I just use the ones I like on my own. I have a couple of others that I use often, but they are just the ones I like. They are the ones that I cook for other people, and I don’t think they are necessarily bad.
